An informational meeting on the proposed Summit Drive extension project will be conducted by the City of East Peoria from 4-6 p.m. May 28 at the FOLEPI Building, 2200 E. Washington St. Included will be a brief presentation at 4 p.m. on the project status, proposals under consideration, and decisions to be made. Kindermusik at Trinity is offering weekly daytime and evening summer classes from June 3 – July 1 at Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church, 135 NE Randolph Ave., Peoria. TAPS, Tazewell Animal Protective Society will be hosting its annual fund raiser “Rockin' for TAPS” on Saturday, June 14th, 4pm to 11pm at the Pekin Boat Club, Pekin, Illinois.
